My income is now a fraction of what it was as a hotel front-desk agent and I am trying to cover the essentials. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
