How do you handle bills on unemployment? (Fresno)

We are a household of 11 and the budget no longer works. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
