How do you handle bills on unemployment? - first time posting

We are a household of 4 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 17 weeks. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Did lenders work with you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
