How do you handle bills on unemployment? - first time posting

I am $650 short each month and trying to find it. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
