How do you handle bills on unemployment? - first time posting

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $1100 from a weekend of listing.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
