How do you handle bills on unemployment?

We are a household of 7 and the budget no longer works. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about falling behind. What helped you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
