How do you handle bills on unemployment?

I am $400 short each month and trying to find it. Any experience at all would help. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
