How do you handle bills on unemployment? (Boise)

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. It has been a long 13 weeks. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
