How do you handle bills on unemployment?

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a customer-service rep and I am trying to cover the essentials. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
