How do you handle bills on unemployment? (Baltimore)

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
