How do you handle bills on unemployment? - any advice?

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
