How do you handle bills on unemployment? - any advice?

We are a household of 17 and the budget no longer works. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $850 from a weekend of listing.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
