How do you handle bills on unemployment? - any advice?

I am $600 short each month and trying to find it. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
