How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 9 years as a call-centre agent

We are a household of 9 and the budget no longer works. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $300 from a weekend of listing.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
