How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 6 years as a graphic designer

I am $250 short each month and trying to find it. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
