How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 6 years as a dental hygienist

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a dental hygienist and I am trying to cover the essentials. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about falling behind.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
