How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 5 years as a mechanic

My income is now a fraction of what it was as a mechanic and I am trying to cover the essentials. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
