How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 3 years as a retail manager

We are a household of 3 and the budget no longer works. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
