How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 18 years as an insurance claims processor

My income is now a fraction of what it was as an insurance claims processor and I am trying to cover the essentials. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. What helped you?
