How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 12 years as an accounts payable clerk

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
