How do you handle bills on unemployment? after 11 years as a data-entry clerk

We are a household of 11 and the budget no longer works. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
