How do you handle bills on unemployment?

I am $850 short each month and trying to find it. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
