How do you handle bills on unemployment?

We are a household of 8 and the budget no longer works. I am in Charlotte, in case local advice matters. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Did lenders work with you?

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
