How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 9 months and counting

We are a household of 12 and the budget no longer works. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am nervous about falling behind. What helped you?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
