How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 8 weeks in

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

Sell things you do not use. I made about $850 from a weekend of listing.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
