How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 8 weeks in

We are a household of 17 and the budget no longer works. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about falling behind. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
