How do you handle bills on unemployment?

We are a household of 15 and the budget no longer works. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
