How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 5 months and counting

I am $1100 short each month and trying to find it. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about falling behind.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
