How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 4 months and counting

I am $600 short each month and trying to find it. Any experience at all would help. The rent is fixed and the car payment is high. Any apps or methods?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Check for energy assistance programmes. I got a credit that covered two bills.
