How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 12 months and counting

I am $1150 short each month and trying to find it. I am nervous about falling behind. Did lenders work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.
