How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 11 weeks in

We are a household of 6 and the budget no longer works. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions. Any apps or methods?

I called each lender and asked for a hardship plan. Two agreed to lower payments for a few months.

A paper list of bills by due date helped me more than an app. I could see the month at a glance.
