How do you handle bills on unemployment? - 10 months and counting

We are a household of 16 and the budget no longer works. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed needs and wants and cut a few subscriptions.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
