Getting to interviews without a car in Toledo - first time posting

I do not have a car and interviews in Toledo are spread around. It has been a long 16 weeks. I can walk part of the way. Any rideshare programmes?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
