Getting to interviews without a car in Toledo

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a procurement assistant. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some employers are off the main lines. Are there discounted passes?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
