Getting to interviews without a car in Tampa - 9 months and counting

I do not have a car and interviews in Tampa are spread around. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to be late. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
