Getting to interviews without a car in Richmond

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as an insurance claims processor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
