Getting to interviews without a car in Portland - any advice?

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a welding apprentice. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I can walk part of the way. Any rideshare programmes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.
