Getting to interviews without a car in Nashville after 6 years as a janitorial supervisor

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a janitorial supervisor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to be late. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
