Getting to interviews without a car in Knoxville - 3 months and counting

I do not have a car and interviews in Knoxville are spread around. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to be late. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
