Getting to interviews without a car in Jacksonville, medical assistant here

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
