Getting to interviews without a car in Honolulu - what worked for you?

I do not have a car and interviews in Honolulu are spread around. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be late. What do you use?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.
