Getting to interviews without a car in Honolulu (update)

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a line cook. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
