Getting to interviews without a car in Fresno - 7 months and counting

I do not have a car and interviews in Fresno are spread around. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I can walk part of the way. Any rideshare programmes?

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.
