Getting to interviews without a car in Dallas - 6 months and counting

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a bookkeeper. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
