Getting to interviews without a car in Birmingham - any advice?

I do not have a car and interviews in Birmingham are spread around. I can walk part of the way. Are there discounted passes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.
