Getting to interviews without a car in Birmingham - any advice?

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to be late. Are there discounted passes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
