Getting to interviews without a car in Austin (update)

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as an event coordinator. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I can walk part of the way. Any rideshare programmes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
