Free resources I wish I had found sooner - what worked for you?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I am in Memphis, in case local advice matters. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
