Free resources I wish I had found sooner - what worked for you?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. It has been a long 20 weeks. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
