Free resources I wish I had found sooner - what worked for you?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
